Beneath that layer are three North American maple veneers, followed by a second carbon fiber layer that reinforces the deck’s core and dramatically increases its strength-to-weight ratio. The construction is finished with two additional maple layers on the bottom, specifically designed to help reduce razor tail and extend the life of the deck.

Every Phantom Deck is pressed using high-performance epoxy resin, then left to fully cure for over 15 days to ensure maximum structural integrity and long-term durability.
